Shipping policy

This Shipping Policy applies to orders fulfilled by Driftless Climbing LLC.

Fulfillment Times

Fulfillment is the time required to prepare an order before the carrier receives it. It is separate from carrier transit time.

  • In-stock products: fulfilled within 1-2 business days.
  • Products made fresh: fulfilled within 3 business days.
  • Bulk or custom-color orders: fulfilled within up to 30 calendar days.

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Fulfillment begins after payment is authorized and the order information is complete. Orders containing products with different fulfillment times may follow the longest applicable timeframe.

Contact info@driftlessclimbing.com before ordering if you have a deadline or special shipping requirement. We will confirm only commitments we reasonably expect to meet.

Delivery Estimates

Shipping rates and available carrier services are shown at checkout when available. Carrier transit estimates begin after the carrier receives the shipment. They are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates, unless Driftless expressly provides a written guarantee.

Weather, carrier disruptions, customs processing, address problems, and other events outside our reasonable control may affect delivery.

Unexpected Fulfillment Delays

If we cannot ship within the stated or agreed fulfillment timeframe, we will notify you and provide a revised shipment date when available. You may accept the delay or cancel the unshipped order for a prompt refund as required by applicable law.

Tracking and Split Shipments

When tracking is available, it will be sent to the contact information supplied with the order. We may send an order in more than one shipment. You will not be charged additional shipping solely because we split an order.

Address Changes and Returned Packages

Review the shipping address before submitting your order. Address changes may be requested before fulfillment begins but are not guaranteed until confirmed by Driftless. Customers may be responsible for reasonable costs to resend packages returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address, refusal, or failure to collect the package, unless the return resulted from our error.

International Shipping

International customers are responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, brokerage charges, and fees imposed by the destination country or carrier. These charges are not included in the product price or Driftless shipping charge unless checkout expressly states otherwise. Customs processing may delay delivery.

Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Shipments

Contact info@driftlessclimbing.com promptly with your order number and a description of the issue. Include photographs of damaged packaging and products when available. We will review the issue and provide next steps.

Cancellations

Cancellation may be requested before fulfillment begins. Once fulfillment has begun, the order cannot be cancelled and the Return and Refund Policy will apply after delivery.
